When you first arrive to the spa, you are greeted by friendly staff that will book treatments (facials, massages, scrubs) and give you more information about activities such as yoga or snowshoe excursions. There is a lovely retail area with body products or clothing. They showed me through the female locker room giving me a tour of the gorgeous locker rooms, showers, relaxation room with snacks/fruit-infused water, wet/dry saunas, jacuzzi, cold plunge, and co-ed rock-lined hot tub with cold face towels/cucumbers. Beautiful space! I felt so pampered.
We didn't stay here but would love to sometime. The premises are gorgeous — all dark wood and tasteful lodge warmth. The spa is large, luxurious, and far superior to anything in Vail. Hot and cold springs are refreshing. Service is friendly and welcoming.
Loved the spa! Got a facial from Doreen and she was amazing. The facial was fabulous. I would highly recommend asking for Doreen.
